Psalm 8:1-9

 

Majestic . . .

 

• There is no other as majestic as God.

“O LORD, our Lord, how majestic is your name in all the earth!” (v.1)

 

Yet Mindful of Us . . .

 

• We are the recipients of God’s undivided attention and gracious affections.

 

Why? . . .

 

• So that we might delight in, and display, the glory of Christ and the gospel of His grace.
  • Because we are created in God’s image, He has chosen to display His greatness, His glory, and His grace in and through

“To them God chose to make known how great among the Gentiles are the riches of the glory of this mystery, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.”  Colossians 1:27

Questions to Think On . . .

 

• How will you respond to God, today, knowing that He has taken notice of you, and loves you with an unconditional and unending love?

 

• When people see your life, are they in awe of God because they see the majesty, glory, and grace of Christ on display in and through you?
